Take Creative Vocal Recorder App Reviews

I love love love this app. One thing I hate though is if I have to uninstall the app then all my recordings are lost. Since I have to sign in anyways my recording should just be saved to my account. A fourth track to record on would be nice too since I normally do three part harmonies and a lead. But other than those things I love the Take app

Slow out of the gate, this is app is getting better with age. Hope to see it play nice with other apps and external hardware (doesnt work with Apogee MiC) in future updates.

I have a lot of fun with this app. Combining Figure and Take together expands the creative possibilities. I would like to see a step taken in making Take compatible with Audiobus. Recording live from Figure would be nicer than having to drop your beats into the cloud first. Just imagine the possibilities!

This app is fantastic. But it still needs work. My main suggestion would be add much more than 3 tracks.

Love this app honestly, but was saddened to discover that it has a lot of bugs if youre trying to use while running iOS 9. The app wont recognize audio input...

This works well once you figure out how everything works. You can sing, and back up sing for yourself, which is pretty neat. You can adjust your voice. There are decent back tracks to choose from. The only thing you cant do is share your music :( But other than that its not bad.

Dont download this app. Your only export option will be to hook up your device to iTunes AFTER you upload it to their public servers. THIS APP IS INCREDIBLY LIMITED AND SHOULDNT BE SUPPORTED.

Anyone who says anything negative about this app obviously hasnt been through the struggle of recording on your own without good equipment or producers or even software. I have an iPhone and the microphone sounds better than any mic Ive used through audio box and recording software on windows. Theres room for few improvements you should be able to copy recordings such as hooks so you dont have to record them more than once, if there is a feature where you can copy and paste clips im unaware but this is a great app

I have a big huge ion explorer so I use it cause my mic is not working

I would gladly give this app five stars, but its missing one important thing. There is no midi control or anything to control a mic with. I have tried using my headphone jack, the camera kit, but this app just doesnt have any settings or any control for external microphones. It only uses your Apple devices microphone. If they add a feature where you could have made you control, this would be the best app for vocals ever!

Not only has lots of bugs it wont event let you uninstall the app. Good concept, terribly formatted software.

But This New Update Is Crap.

I love this app and I would pay money if it had the ability to work with GarageBands inter audio apps

you clean up silly stretched big buttons. cant believe that propellerhead putting back update for 6 and 6 plus over 1 year.

Blah.

If I could upload my own beats to this program and get 6 audio layers I would be 100% satisfied:)

Im getting an "invalid piece ID" error when I audio copy out my beat from Figure. Looks like it supports this. If this gets fixed then I could easily rate this 5 stars. Great concept.
